Nursing Home Abuse Lawyers

Bed Sores and Nursing Home Abuse

We have had success with cases against hospitals and nursing homes when a patient is neglected.  Bed sores are potential signs of elder neglect, so you should contact us to see if you have a potential claim.  You can see coverage of one of our nursing home neglect cases that resulted in the death of a man.  We settled a case in 2011 that resulted in a confidential settlement against Franciscan Health System for injuries to an 84 year old woman, that included bed sores.

Androgel Complications Lawsuits

There is potential for stroke and heart attacks for users of Androgel, a low-T drug advertised for the last few years on television and radio. Many men have brought lawsuits against AbbVie Inc., the maker and advertiser of Androgel. So, what’s the risk? Plaintiffs in the lawsuits allege that Androgel caused strokes or heart attacks. If you have suffered a stroke or heart attack after using AndroGel, you should contact an attorney to see if you may be entitled to compensation.
