Our office is situated on the 5th Floor of the Columbia House. Take the Columbia Tower parking elevator to the second floor. Walk straight out and to the right (past Tully’s coffee) and into the Columbia House entrance. Turn right once inside and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
Driving Directions:
From the North:
• Take I-5 exit 165A.
• Turn right onto Columbia St.
• Enter the parking garage a block and a half down, on your left.
From the South:
• Take I-5 exit 165 (Seneca St).
• Keep left at the exit.
• Turn left onto 5th Ave.
• Turn right onto Columbia Street after 4 blocks.
• Enter the parking garage on your left.
Parking Instructions:
When you park, you will get a ticket. We will give you vouchers to cover your parking. Use the machine located outside the parking elevators by inserting your parking ticket, followed by our voucher tickets until the balance is zero. Retrieve your ticket and insert it at the exit gate.

Our office is situated above Signature Woodworks. Enter Signature and go through the door on the right and either come up the stairs or use the elevator.
Driving Directions:
From I-705 North
• Stay to the left toward City Center.
• Take the A Street Exit and stay in the middle lane.
• Take a left onto 11th Street.
• Take a Right onto Commerce Street.
• The entrance to the parking garage will be on your right, just past the sky bridge.
Parking Instructions:
When you park, you will get a white ticket. Bring that white ticket to us and we will give you a blue ticket. When you retrieve your car, insert your white ticket first, followed by the blue ticket. Your parking will be validated.
Getting To Our Office From The Parking Garage:
• Exit the parking garage & turn right.
• Turn right at 9th Street & walk down the hill.
• Cross the street at Pacific and turn right.
• Our office is on the left about 200 feet down, inside Signature Woodworks.
